Orders & personalisation

By placing an order, you confirm that any names, messages, or photos you provide for personalisation are accurate and that you have the right to use them. We'll contact you if something you've submitted looks like it might be a mistake, but we're not able to proofread every order.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout, before work on your order begins.

Made to order

Because every item is personalised and made specifically for you, production begins shortly after you order. Please double-check personalisation details before confirming — once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, once an order has left us and is with the courier.

Returns & cancellations

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind, in line with standard UK consumer law for bespoke goods. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund.

Liability

We aren't liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.
