Privacy Policy

Who we are

Ohmygift Creations ("we", "us", "our") makes personalised gifts to order. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and any personalisation details you give us (such as a name, message, or photo to print). If you contact us, we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work (for example, keeping items in your basket). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies without asking you first.

Sharing your data

We share order and delivery details with the couriers and payment processors we use to get your order to you — only what's needed to do that.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to keep (such as order records for tax purposes).

Contact us

If you have any questions about this policy or your data, get in touch using the details on our contact page.
